- We will collect your bike at the agreed time and place.
- Once in the workshop a certified bike mechanic will assess your bike and make any recommendations on the most appropriate service package and any necessary repair work to ensure your bike is safe and enjoyable to ride.
- We won’t begin any work on your bike until you are happy with any recommendations and have accepted the quote.
