Frequently Asked Questions
Can I drop off my bike?
Yes. But, all visits to the workshop are strictly by appointment only. Please contact us first to book an appointment. We also offer a convenient pick up and drop off service within East Lancashire and Greater Manchester.
Do you have a minimum charge?
Yes. To fullfill our health and safety commitments and to ensure your bike is safe and enjoyable to ride you must book our Check & Tune bike service package as a minimum to book your bike into the workshop (cost from £50).
How does the 30 day no quibble guarantee work?
We are confident that you will be delighted with how your bike is running after we have serviced it. If you are not happy for any reason simply contact us within 30 days of any work and we will work with you to fix the problem.
How much do you charge for parts?
We charge full RRP for parts but usually fit for free with any of our service packages. It usually works out cheaper and is quicker and more efficient for you to allow us to handle the ordering of any necessary replacement parts.
